Former WWF tag team champion Afa Anoa'i collapsed at last night's WXW show after entering the ring to break up a worked confrontation between his nephew Rosie of WWE fame, and WXW champion Gene Snisky.
When family and friends realized that this was not part of the show; they rushed to his aid, accompanied by Dr. Frank Romascavage, physician in attendance.
Afa was treated at ringside, and then taken to a local hospital, where he was diagnosed to be suffering from complications from diabetes, as well as a second, undisclosed condition that will require surgery scheduled for later this week.
