I'm going to make this very short.
If you don't like how things are run here in the EWA, than leave. I've been here for roughly two years now, working my ass off to try and make this e-fed as great as possible. I don't need a group of people telling me how I should run an e-fed. I've been a booker and co-owner to four other e-feds. If you have suggestions, than thats wonderful, feel free to tell me about your suggestions. I swear to you that I will honestly look them over and consider them, But do not b#tch and complain if that suggestion is not accepted. It is one thing to suggest, it is another to b#tch. I've taken time out of my life to try and turn this e-fed into something great, I don't need people PMing me or posting complaints about how things are going. I'm fine with a complaint as long as it is warranted and it isn't exaggerated to the point where it becomes more of b#tch than a complaint.
The solution is simple. If you honestly don't like how things are run in EWA, than by all means feel free to leave. For I honestly don't want someone here if they're not happy with what is going on. I'd highly prefer if people stayed because I would like to have as many members as possible, but I want members who are here to have fun, not complain as if it was second nature to them.
Although it may appear as if this post is pointed entirely at CandyMan's b#tch board post, it is not. Yes, it was the post to finally push me into making this but their are numerous other people/posts that this is mainly pointing out. The EWA works in a way so that it pleases the mass, just because you are not happy with something does not mean it shall be changed. I'm sorry, but that is how it is. If you don't like the way that things are run here than you can either learn to accept it, or try to find another e-fed that fits more towards your liking.

yes! Yeah I made it a point to go look it up after I finished that post. Hope he somehow wins the whole thing.
At first I was going for Cory to win, but then the Friars Club episode made me go for Jay London instead. He kinda NEEDS to win. If he loses, we might read that the dude shot himself in the head.
Luckily he's homeless so probably can't afford a gun.

Same thing with the homeless thing. Thats all his act. "I am self employed. . I manage my own hair." "I buy all my hair products at Pet-Co." All one liners, and they fit his act so well. He looks trashy, thats why I voted for him. . because I'm trashy and thats a trashy connection. It was either him or Todd Glass.

Thank you for stickying this, who ever did it. 'Twas moi, my friend. Isn't the point of the LCS to find a new comic that nobody's seen? I know lots of these guys (and some on the last season) already had 30-minute specials, which they were trying to win for. And then Cory got a special after Dat despite not winning. And stuff... But yeah.

so you're b#tching at people for b#tching on the b#tch board? lol Did I say that? No. I simply said that if someone is not having fun here and is instead spending a majority of his/her time b#tching, than what is the point of stay? In actuality I am not even pointing that statement at you. I know that you probably didn't mean to make me mad, but you still did. You also mad other people angry. My statement was pointed towards people who have been here a while and still continue to complain. I never said you couldn't. Yet if most of someones time is spent on the b#tch Board, than whats the point of being in the e-fed? If you know that than why did you seem to go with the idea of trying to cram your suggestion down my throat when I already told you it wasn't going to happen? Instead of dropping the suggestion for the time being you kept trying to pressure it on me by making post after post on it. What happened due to the pressuring was very simple, I became angry, just like anyone else would have if someone kept posting something after you told them it wasn't going to happen.

This year, I hope John Heffron, Gary Guldmen or Jay London win it.

Man, I work at a strip joint. Basically I make my living by hustling people during the summer. If I were trying to hustle you or push you into taking the suggestion I wouldn't go about it this way. Also wouldn't go about trying to win the tag titles this way either if that were my concern. My concern was fairness.
Jay London is the funniest IMO. John Heffron tries too much to rip off Bobcat Goldhwait (sp?). Gary Gulman or whatever, he's okay, I'd be fine with him winning. Same with baldy.
I don't want that ugly b#tch to win, whatever her name is. You know the one. And Tammy Pescatelli. She's a b#tch. I wanted that Bonnie to get her thrown off. It should've been those two head to head instead of Bobcat's clone and her.
Bonnie clearly wasn't going to win, but I thought she was the more cute of the two women who looked good, so I wanted her to last longer. She also wasn't a b#tch. Well, as much of one at least.
Ant was the biggest b#tch though. Glad they sent him fudgepacking.

Yeah, Bonnie was hotter out of the two. But for me, I can't stand chick comics. . .Most of them anyways. Like one chick comic they had on Comedy Central came out and just did a Sinbad and just was like " How are we New York!!!" *cheap pop* it was so bad. And then Bonnie was pretty attractive aswell, which also is like were more watching her then listening to her jokes. Tammy's material got stale over a while it was like "I'm Itlain. . mob jokes galore!" and I don't know how many times I got sick of hearing "I'm sick of everyone saying all Italians are in the mob. . some of us are in the witness protection agency" I am like "Shut the f*ck up, get some new material. How much jokes can you wreek out of being Italian. And how to that one midget chick even manage to stay. She just like did'nt do anything, she did'nt even go up. . how is that possible?!? Ant . . don't wanna sound like a hatefull bastard, but gay humor to me is'nt too funny. Chicks love it tho, I did enjoy the "A meal is a meal, but a manwich is a manwich!" That was funny Todd Glass should definately be in the finals, but oh well. The guy is just so damn goofy and funny. It's great. Eh. .went off topic with this thread.

I saw Tammy Pescatelli outside of LCS last night, all the jokes were new to me except a variation of the mob joke ("Not all Sicilians are in the mob... Some of them are dead") and the one where she says to her grandpa that she shot a pilot episode for TV. I thought it was pretty funny.
Todd Glass is hilarious, I've always thought he was funny.
'bout Dat, the first time I saw his special, it was hilarious in my opinion. Then I saw other stuff and he reuses his jokes so much it just gets dumb.
and yeah, this is quite off topic. lol

I was pissed this season on LCS. They had Pablo Fransico. . . and they cut him!!!! Pablo would of won the entire thing, I think. He is so damn funny, but apparently he was'nt good enough. I made a list of my top comics of all time. I just need to put together a top ten out of them, and then post them on the boards. . . note: Sinbad WON'T be on my countdown.

You should check out Seinfeld's "Comedian." It gives a look at the life of a comedian. Since I had seen that, I wasn't at all shocked by repeated jokes. It takes a long time to get a good set going. And comedians get to use the same set over and over since they go from town to town and are usually just at clubs.
That's why it doesn't do well on TV. I remember like in the 80s I saw that Ellen DeWhatsherface and Blake Clark on this standup show. It would come on every weekend. I know I heard both of them repeat LOTS of jokes. But see, they had different crowds. Now I realize that, back then I thought they were just lame and couldn't do any better. Which, yeah, they probably couldn't, lol.
There's some up and comer I've seen that looks like he might do something. Has potential. I've seen him twice and was laughing pretty hard both times and he was on like Conan O'Brien. Demetrius or something like that. Sits on a stool and plucks on a guitar as part of his bit.
