So what do we do if it goes offline again on like Thurday Night US and doesn't comeback on until Sunday Night US.
Do we/should we use this site as a temp?

So what do we do if it goes offline again on like Thurday Night US and doesn't comeback on until Sunday Night US. Do we/should we use this site as a temp? They're offline due to a problem that Invision found and didn't want to risk it becoming bigger so they took down the server and are working on putting a brand new one up. If they're not back up by tomorrow night (when I post the card) I will make an announcement on the main page determining what we will do until the boards are back up.

Also, this is not a regular thing with Invision. They only take servers down when they find problems that could cause some serious damage down the line. They found a problem that could cause memory leaks and all boards on server 3 to be deleted so to be safe they're backing up the data and removing that server. I have no clue how long it will take to get a new server up. I'm hoping it won't take very long. Just keep going to the MAIN PAGE andchecking the boards to see if they're up. I'll be updating the main page with any information I find out. If the Invision server is not up by tuesday night we may have to use these old boards for 1 week only. However, I am hoping that is not the case. Well anyway, don't worry about the boards. They'll be back up.

Alright, the following message has been posted on the Invision Board site. . . " We have successfully moved all data off the damaged drive. However, we are now waiting for the replacement drive. It may be up to 24 hours to get the drive, however we expect that it will not take that long. There may be some time when Server 3 will not even show the current offline message. This is expected and will be part of the new drive installation.
We are working to get your boards back online as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience. " That's good news. Atleast we know it won't take more than a day to get it back up.
